You need to lie flat on your back, and allow your spine to stretch and straighten.

Why will this work?

This is one of the secrets on how to grow taller. Let me explain…

When you sit or stand, the spine takes the most pressure. So what you're doing at this step is to release that pressure by straightening your spine, and allowing the cartilages between the vertebrae to stretch and repair itself.

And in doing this, we are not only doing this to obtain the height that we are longing for, but we also put our body to rest, so our body have the chance to regain the energy that it lost throughout the day.
